An International Freight Forwarding Company is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This will be to:

Enable business growth
Develop resources strategies
Analyse trends
Drive HR Effectiveness
Ensure HR Services, policies, processes and systems are aligned
Attract and leverage talent
Employee Engagement
Strengthen leaders
Finance and projects
Ensure HR costs are kept within budget

Matric
Strong HR Generalist experience across various management levels
Hands on experience with resourcing, performance management, employee engagement, labour relations, change management and organization design
Minimum 5 years leadership and management experience in managing entire function as well as employees through managers
Minimum 5 years experience in performance improvement
