JOB SUMMARY:
Are you an immediately available HR Graduate with administration experience and looking for an opportunity to increase your skills?
 
Our Client based in Claremont requires your excellent work ethic and integrity to assist in their HR department fulfilling administration requirements and working with their vibrant HR Team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Matric with relevant HR degree or diploma
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
  • MS-Office skills
  • Excellent integrity and understanding of confidentiality requirements in HR
  • Open personality that communicates well

DUTIES:
  • Assisting the HR team in all areas of requirements
  • Build up and maintain a relationships with staff enquiries
  • Work closely with HR Team in supporting agreed action plans
  • Work with Talent Manager to assist with administration duties
  • Ensure proper handling of respective administration tasks
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Updating employee data records
  • Manage filing system
  • Ensure regular HR reporting is updated
  • Ad-hoc duties within the department where required

SALARY: dependent on experience
