HR Manager EE/AA JOHANNESBURG

JOB DESCRIPTION:

HR Policies
Provide HR generalist support and guidance to business
Industrial Relations including preparation of cases and representing Company at CCMA
Performance Management
HR Administration
Employment Equity Reporting
Oversee Sage 300 HRIS as Super User and Controller
Workman’s Compensation
Oversee the payroll function

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Matric
Relevant Tertiary qualification
5+ years generalist experience in a similar role
Sound working knowledge of Sage 300 HRIS People Management Software
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent Computer proficiency including Advanced Excel
Proven track record of working independently and meeting deadlines
