SUMMARY:
Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic or Electrician with working experience in Air conditioning and refrigeration systems. N6 (Electrical or Mechanical). Will be responsible for telephonic and on-location technical support for customers. Position based in Montague Gardens, Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:
Aircon/Refrigeration Technical Support Engineer

Montague Gardens, Cape Town

Minimum requirements and experience:

N6 (Electrical or mechanical)
Qualified refrigeration mechanic/qualified electrician
Fault finding, troubleshooting and commissioning of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Able to read and understand electrical drawings.
Understanding of electronic components, networks and general IT.

Responsibilities:

Provide telephonic and on-location technical support for customers.
Understanding product parameters and application.
Ensuring the product is suitable for the application.
Finding and advising on the correction of incorrect wiring.
Commissioning new plant controls
Assist the sales team on a technical level.
Develop graphics for technical monitoring systems.
