SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Head: Digital Transformation to lead the development and execution of a forward-thinking digital strategy that enhances operational efficiency, strengthens data-driven decision-making, and delivers exceptional customer experiences. This role forms part of the EXCO Team 

This role is based in Cape Town and fully in office

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in digital transformation, technology leadership, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of digital technologies, cybersecurity, data analytics, cloud solutions, and change management

• Develop and implement the organisation's digital transformation strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Lead the adoption and integration of new technologies to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
• Drive data and analytics initiatives to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
• Oversee cybersecurity, digital risk management, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Lead change management and innovation initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and digital adoption.
