A market-leading financial services group is looking for a dynamic Head of Non-Life Pricing & Structuring to drive innovation, performance, and product leadership within a high-growth environment.

Head: Non-Life Pricing & Structuring

Your Core Responsibilities:

Direct the strategic and technical delivery of pricing and structuring initiatives across niche insurance portfolios.
Oversee product development, re-pricing cycles, and profitability reviews to ensure market relevance and regulatory compliance.
Partner with client teams to design tailored insurance solutions, supported by robust actuarial pricing and capital structuring.
Lead technical sign-off of models and frameworks in line with best-practice actuarial governance.
Provide executive-level insights on product performance, structuring decisions, and innovation opportunities.

Qualifications & Background:

Qualified or nearly qualified Actuary (FASSA or international equivalent).
Successfully completed F103 (General Insurance) or equivalent.
Bachelor’s or Honours in Actuarial Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
5–8 years+ of experience in short-term insurance pricing, structuring, or technical product development.
Deep knowledge of SAM, capital modelling, and advanced pricing methodologies.
