HEAD OF TECHNICAL (CTO)
Qualified (tertiary qualification )
Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Engineering in a related field and Network and Network security certifications such as Juniper, Cisco, Fortinet or similar. VoIP platform certifications such as Mitel, Epygi or similar.
Extensive experience (5 years+) in a senior management role within the Telecommunication or ISP space.
Experience managing implementation team, service delivery team, field tech team.
Project Management experiece - involved in running / managing Telecoms roll outs / implementatins
Budgets and financial management
Serice Mnagement - ensuring customer service excellence and SLA adherence
Netowrk product and systems management - Overall Responsible with the Network team for all Network Management, maintenance, and monitoring. Responsible for all Software and Systems includes updates, enhancements, maintenance, and support
teachnical Management of teams
Work closely with Product magement and development teams - looking at new technology, keeping up to date with latest trends, ensuring comny is always at the forefront with new technology.
escalation point for troubleshooting issues
Excellent technical background with hands-on experience in IP networks, VoIP, MPLS, Virtualization, NMS systems.
Knowledge of technology trends to build strategy.
Understanding of budgets and business-planning
