POSITION INFO:
Our client is currently in search of a Head of Training Academy who will provide guidance and thought leadership in the design and implementation of critical components of the Business Talent, Learning and Development and Academy strategies to create integrated and optimal learning and talent experiences in alignment with the Group of Companies Business Strategies.
Qualifications, Experience and; Competencies
Minimum Qualifications.
- Post graduate Degree / Honours in HR / HRD and Behavioural Sciences
- Registration with Professional Board (SABPP) at Charted LEVEL preferred
- Registration as Industrial Psychologist / Pyschometrist will be advantageous
- Registration as Skills Development facilitator, Moderator and /or Assessor will be advantageous
Experience and Knowledge required
- Minimum of 5 years’ management experience in Talent, Learning and Development, in a corporate entity or business and preferably in Financial Services Sector / Burials Services / Catering / Security environment
Skills and Competencies required
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel is essential
