Hr Manager for Medical Support Call Centre - Century City - R65 000 - R80 000 pm + medical and pension contributions, meals, and transport.

Tech Company, specialising in delivering qualified referrals to pharmaceutical trials seeks an HR Manager who has worked in a fast passed environment, preferably a large call centre or medical/pharmaceutical tech company, and has set up HR systems, processes, chosen tech and sites for Talent Acquisition, and trained and performance managed staff. This is a fast passed, where you will be implementing new systems and programs constantly. We are looking for a builder who has worked in a start-up in the tech or medical space. The company hires at least 10 new support people per week. You will manage payroll, a Recruiter/HR Officer, ER, IR, Training and development, do performance management, and be a 2IC to the GM locally and report to the global VP in Austin Texas, US. We are looking for a builder, someone who can build, develop and grow teams. You will manage Payroll using Sage 300, the HR system is Bamboo HR and the ATS is Green House. We are looking for someone who is people-focused and can work at an incredibly fast pace. You will work US hours, 3 pm- midnight. We are looking for an exceptionally hungry, degreed individual who is career and people-focused.
