Hub Manager – Cape Town

POSITION INFO:
Our client is looking for an organized Hub Manager to supervise the daily operations in their Cape Town Warehouse. The Hub Manager will oversee picking, storage, receiving, manufacturing, dispatching, inventory levels, facilities, security, health, and safety.
Requirements, Skills & Experience:

3 - 4 years’ experience in managing staff
Excellent understanding of management procedures
Valid drivers' license with own vehicle
Proficient computer skills
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Exceptional leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Navigate a high-pressure environment
Brilliant people management skills
Available to work extended hours
