Human Capital Site Coordinator

Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic Human Capital Site Coordinator to support the implementation and administration of human capital strategies, policies, and programs across our project sites and operational plants. This role focuses on talent acquisition and employee/industrial relations, ensuring compliance with BCEA, LRA, and EE legislation while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Support employee relations, including dispute resolution, disciplinary hearings, and grievance management.
- Ensure compliance with South African labor laws and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports using HRIS platforms (e.g., SAGE, BambooHR).
- Promote a culture of inclusion, performance, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with People Partners and site managers to implement HC initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's in HR, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years in an HR support or coordination role.
- Experience in ER/IR and HRIS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of South African labor legislation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
Preferred
- Experience in the renewable energy sector.
