POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or similar relevant field
- Min 3 years of HR generalist experience across multiple African countries (essential)
- Strong working knowledge of various country-specific labour legislation across Africa
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to enage at all levels of the organisation including C-suite
- Ability to speak/read/write in French is highly advantageous but not essential
