POSITION INFO:

Human Resources Business Practitioner. R70 000 CTC. West Rand. HR Degree with at least 8 years all round HR generalist exp. High energy, self motivated and focused individual. Able to work in demanding business unit and develop strong business partnerships. Able to implement cutting edge technology to streamline HR delivery. Full end to end HR service with ability to use HR analytics and metrics to interpret progress and risk. Prev exp in CCMA, Payroll processing, able to finalise WSP/ATR, handle full recruitment, selection and placement and all onboarding. Able to identify training and upskilling needs as well as forecasting workforce requirements going forward for budgeting processes. NO Credit or Criminal Records. Stable background with contactable references. Advanced Excel (not negotiable) with Airtable, ISO, Coda.io and advantage.
