Human Resources Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client a reputable company that specializes in Electrical and Automation Engineering has an opportunity available for a Human Resources Manager to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-year degree in HRM (recommended)
• Management Diploma/ qualification (advantageous)

Preferred Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience working in management or HR.
• Sound/practical understanding and experience in relevant labor legislation, HR policies and procedures, such as: Recruitment and Selection, Performance review methods and techniques, Staff training and development and Staff recognition.
• Employment Equity practices
• Industrial relations
• Basic mentoring and coaching experience
• Relevant SHE knowledge
• Experience working with NBCEI Council / any other relevant council and Union.
• Experience with Workman Compensation
• Aid’s – FEM will be advantageous.
