SUMMARY:
MTS's client in the Mining industry East of Pretoria is looking for an ICT Service Operations Lead who will be responsible for implementing policies and strategies to achieve ICT objectives. They will manage Opex and Capex budgets, identify project requirements, monitor project progress, and manage service level agreements. Additionally, the coordinator will handle telephony infrastructure, network devices, and server support. Along with liaising between management and ICT, they will stay updated with industry trends, maintain relationships, and ensure compliance with standards and guidelines. This is a contract role for 3-6 months and the successful person will be onsite full time.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications and Requirements:

National Diploma Information Technology.
MCSE Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer Qualification
Supervisory or Leadership Development Programme or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in ICT service and support co-ordination.
Minimum 5 years infrastructure experience (Windows Server, VMware\Hyper-V, SAN Technologies, Networking).
Computer Literacy and Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate).
Valid driver's license.
