ICT Support Officer

An established and operationally diverse logistics and infrastructure business is seeking a highly capable and reliable IT Officer to support its core IT systems and infrastructure across multiple environments. This role requires someone who is both technically competent and process-driven, with the ability to operate in a high-availability, multi-site operation that runs 24/7.

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

• Provide end-user support (hardware/software) via the Service Desk and on-site as needed.
• Maintain daily operations of IT infrastructure including:
  
  • Servers (Windows/Linux/iSeries)
  • Network equipment (Switches, Routers, VPNs, Firewalls, WiFi, etc.)
  • User devices (PCs, tablets, smartphones, scanners, printers)
  • IoT, UPS, and auxiliary IT systems
• Ensure business continuity and high system availability.

• Minimum 5 years in IT support or systems administration
• Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems
• Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer Science
• Network+ certification
• ITIL Foundation, AWS, or Azure certifications
