POSITION INFO:
What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Degree preferred)
• 5+ years in an IT management role
• Proven experience managing ERP, WMS, CRM, and enterprise platforms
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems administration
• Certifications such as CISSP, PMP, or ITIL are advantageous

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• IT Infrastructure & Support:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of all IT infrastructure
  • Manage end-user support, ensuring reliability and uptime
  • Liaise with vendors and ensure top-tier service delivery
• Systems Administration:
  • Oversee the performance and optimization of ERP, CRM, WMS & other business platforms
  • Ensure system monitoring and disaster recovery readiness
• Cybersecurity & Compliance:
  • Develop and enforce security controls and IT policies
  • Manage audits, implement remediation plans, and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Run employee security awareness and training programs
• Strategic IT Planning:
  • Work with senior leadership to develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals
  • Identify tech innovations for operational efficiency
• Project & Vendor Management:
  • Lead IT projects from inception to completion
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective services
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring ROI
• Risk & Staff Management:
  • Proactively assess and mitigate IT risks
  • Develop and mentor IT staff, assign tasks, and ensure ongoing professional growth
