SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for an IT Ops Administrator / Resource Scheduler to join their dynamic team in Centurion. Experience in a technical or IT environment is non-negotiable. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, solutions-oriented environment where your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts will be key.

POSITION INFO:
You’ll be the central point for managing IT resources, supporting the IT team, and ensuring smooth project execution across departments. The culture is hands-on, supportive, and big on collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Relevant Diploma or Certification in administration, IT, or project coordination
ITIL 4 Foundation Certification (advantageous)
Microsoft 365 proficiency
Service Desk or scheduling tools experience

Requirements:

Proven experience in an admin or scheduling role, ideally within an IT or technical team
Ability to prioritise tasks and stay calm under pressure

KPA’s:

Coordinate and schedule IT resources for internal and client-facing projects
Maintain team calendars, appointments, and project timelines
Support procurement for and manage the IT asset inventory
Collaborate closely with IT and project teams for resource allocation
Assist with reporting, documentation, and ad hoc IT support tasks
Ensure that systems run smoothly and help foster a culture of improvement
