IT Ops Administrator / Resource Scheduler

SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for an IT Ops Administrator / Resource Scheduler to join their dynamic team in Centurion. Experience in a technical or IT environment is non-negotiable. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, solutions-oriented environment where your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts will be key.

POSITION INFO:
You’ll be the central point for managing IT resources, supporting the IT team, and ensuring smooth project execution across departments. The culture is hands-on, supportive, and big on collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Relevant Diploma or Certification in administration, IT, or project coordination
• ITIL 4 Foundation Certification (advantageous)
• Microsoft 365 proficiency
• Service Desk or scheduling tools experience

• Proven experience in an admin or scheduling role, ideally within an IT or technical team
• Ability to prioritise tasks and stay calm under pressure

• Coordinate and schedule IT resources for internal and client-facing projects
• Maintain team calendars, appointments, and project timelines
• Support procurement for and manage the IT asset inventory
• Collaborate closely with IT and project teams for resource allocation
• Assist with reporting, documentation, and ad hoc IT support tasks
• Ensure that systems run smoothly and help foster a culture of improvement
