IT Projects Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate strategic transformation projects across the business. This role is pivotal in driving visibility, alignment, and delivery of key initiatives that support the company’s digital roadmap and operational excellence.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage transformation projects across multiple business units.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track project progress and performance.
• Facilitate prioritization and decision-making across competing initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Create and manage project documentation to support audits and governance.
• Align business processes and strategies across the company through project interventions.
• Act as a liaison between business functions and IT to ensure effective delivery of business benefits.

• Tertiary degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Commercial.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing and delivering impactful projects.
• Strong technical background with hands-on systems experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.

• Direct influence on projects with a financial impact exceeding R1 Billion.
• Strategic input into business practices, policies, and transformation initiatives across departments and divisions.
