SUMMARY:
Datacentrix is looking for IT Repair/Hardware Technician. You must have experience in diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and
testing a wide range of IT hardware, including desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices. A car and drivers licence is required as you will be supporting various clients at different sites.

Requirements:
- Matric - mandatory
- Relevant IT qualification (A+/N+)
- Car and drivers licence - mandatory
- 2 years' experience in Laptop Repairs
- Onsite repair experience (Required)
- Previous experience working on HP, Lenovo or Dell laptops.
Overall Responsible:- Will beoOperating primarily in a workshop environment with occasional on-site support, this role ensures minimal downtime and high-quality
- Repair standards through efficient fault-finding and resolution.
- You will work closely with service delivery teams, logistics, and customer support personnel to manage work orders, maintain SLA adherence, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- You will be required to ensure focus is placed on first-time fix performance, turnaround time, and parts management accuracy.
