Our client in the Agriculture industry is looking for a qualified IT Technician to join their team in the Western Cape - Swellendam
POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum qualifications: Degree or Diploma in IT; CompTIA A+ and CompTIA N+; Microsoft MCSA/MCSE; and additional Networking Certifications (advantageous)
- 3 – 5 Years’ relevant experience in IT infrastructure and end-user support environments
- Industry knowledge: IT support and systems administration, Office 365 user management, Network and infrastructure maintenance (servers, switches, firewalls), Backup and disaster recovery processes, Cybersecurity awareness and best practices
- Handling 3rd-party installations and ticket prioritization
- Own reliable transport and drivers license
