We are looking for a dedicated IT Technician to join our team in Pretoria.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Install, configure and maintain hardware and software components.
Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
Provide technical support in person, via phone or TeamViewer.
Perform regular system checks and network maintenance.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and projects.
Train end-users of new technologies and IT procedures.

Requirements:

A diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
3 years of working experience in an IT support role.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks and troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Own reliable transport and valid driver's license.
Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
