A well-established precision engineering and manufacturing firm in East Rand is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to join their growing team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving production efficiency, optimising workflows, and driving continuous improvement within a high-performance manufacturing environment.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and improve production processes, layouts, and material flows.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, time studies, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production planning, quality assurance, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.

• BEng/BTech in Industrial Engineering.
• 2–4 years’ experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Solid understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimisation tools.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel and CAD-based tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
