Industrial and Commercial Sales Consultant

SUMMARY:
Our client, who is based in Irene, is seeking a dedicated and results driven Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a customer base, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to deliver high-quality service while promoting environmentally friendly products. The role is contractual basis.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience with at least 2-4 years in the field
• Fuel and cell phone allowance included
• Strong negotiation and communication skills and strong organizational and recordkeeping skills
• Proven capability to work independently and effectively manage a sales pipeline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc)
• Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive for achieving targets
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
• Must have the ability to read and write in English

• Develop and manage your own customer base
• Focus on specific industry sectors to maximize opportunities
• Conduct research to identify prospective customers and convert them into sales opportunities
• Maintain brand reputation and ethos of business
• Identifying potential new business opportunities within the market
• Enhance and uphold the quality of service
• Conduct regular site surveys for both existing and new clients
• Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events
• Organize and manage your schedule and time allocations efficiently
• Promote and emphasize the significance of quality, value, and environmentally friendly products
• Achieve the revenue targets established by the Head of Sales
• Establish and sustain ongoing relationships with both new and current clients
• Maintain customer satisfaction by consistently conducting follow-ups through phone calls, emails, and in[1]person meetings
• Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner
• Conduct customer training on products as required
• Ensure precise documentation of all sales activities , activity reports and proposal reports
• Deliver comprehensive reports on sales trends, customer growth, and significant issues
• Ensure the completion of all sales-related administrative tasks in an efficient manner
