JOB SUMMARY:
Do you have experience dealing with clients who require guidance and assistance with product sales?

Our National Client, a leader in their field of electronic equipment and services based in Montague Gardens requires a Sales Consultant. Sound knowledge of their range of technical products is required as well as being the main customer contact at their Cape Town branch.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric plus relevant qualifications highly advantageous
Track record of excellent client service required
Minimum 3 years experience – technical experience highly advantageous
Strong phone presence and experience in building customer relationships
Proficient with email, excel, word and computer processing
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

DUTIES

Reporting to the Branch Manager
Meet and greet customers and deal with their enquiries both face to face and telephonically and via email
Understand customer needs and requirements and provide recommendations
Route qualified opportunities to the external salesman for further development and closure if required
Manage and process orders
Manage invoicing process
Close sales and achieve monthly targets
Assist with stock and stock taking when required
Assist in any area of the company when somebody needs assistance to grow skills within the business
General administration duties required

Salary: R dependent on experience
