POSITION INFO:
A specialised engineering company in electronic systems and industrial components is looking for a technically strong, solutions-oriented Internal Sales Engineer to join their team in Pretoria. This is not your average desk job—if you enjoy solving technical puzzles, speaking to engineers, and working closely with a product team to meet real-world needs, this is your space to thrive.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

â N6 or NDip in Electronic Engineering (or similar technical qualification)
â Strong communication skills and a confident, customer-facing personality
â Must be based in or near Pretoria
â Full-time, office-based availability

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Previous experience in a technical internal sales or customer support role
Confident understanding of electronic components, systems, or circuit design
Ability to interpret client needs and advise on suitable standard products
Experience collaborating with technical teams to develop or adapt solutions for custom applications
Excellent organisational and time management skills for managing sales queries, quoting, and follow-ups
A proactive mindset and the ability to balance technical accuracy with commercial awareness
