JOB SUMMARY:
Our client a growing leader in manufacturing and the distribution of world class quality products to satisfy the needs and expectations of their customers is looking for an energetic Internal Sales Representative.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Internal Sales Representative

Location: Durban North, KZN

Minimum Qualifications:

Matric Certificate
Knowledge of Medical Devices, especially consumables and their intended uses
Good Communication Skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Establish relationships with existing clients as well as with new potential clients.
Sending quotations and invoicing of sales, returns, samples, medical devices and other miscellaneous items.
Compiling RFQ’s and tender documents.
Submit orders by referring to product literature and price lists
To contact clients as often as possible and to obtain orders, RFQ’s and possible future sales from them.
Dealing with product-related and client related issues and queries.
Keep line manager informed by submitting activity/result reports such as daily call reports, weekly work planning.
To rectify any customer-related issues that may arise, with favourable outcome.
To outsource locally and quote on medical devices.
Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
Understand customer needs, product trends and seasonality of sales.
Establish and maintain traceable records and good housekeeping.

Additional Role and Responsibilities:

Locally source goods from other suppliers and request pricing.
Accept/ Reject orders based on stock availability, delivery time and capital required.
Request random stock samples.
Send invoices to customers.
Communicate with potential new clients and supply the relevant marketing material therein.
