A leading name in client retention and insurance services, is looking for a detail-oriented Invoice Clerk to join our dynamic finance team. As an Invoice Clerk you will responsible for the following:

Prepare and process accurate customer invoices in line with billing schedules
Verify and reconcile invoice data with contracts, purchase orders, and service records
Handle invoice queries from clients and internal departments in a professional manner
Maintain up-to-date records of billing transactions and ensure timely delivery of invoices
Assist with accounts receivable functions as required
Ensure compliance with company billing policies and accounting standards

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in an invoicing or billing role
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Experience working with accounting software or ERP systems (e.g., Sage, SAP, or similar)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A finance or accounting-related qualification will be advantageous
