SUMMARY:
. Western Australia (about 3 hours from Perth) – Australia: Our client is looking for a Junior Farm Hand to join the team.

As a Junior Farmhand Level 2, your role involves foundational support to farm operations, assisting higher-level farm hands and the Farm Manager, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the farm.

Due to the remote location this position would suit a single or married candidate with no kids.

Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

POSITION INFO:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Learner’s permit or equivalent.
Some prior experience in farming or related Eield preferred.
Basic knowledge of agricultural practices and equipment operation.
Minimum of 12 months experience.
Demonstrates improved proficiency in assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Takes initiative to learn new skills and seek additional responsibilities.
Shows increased reliability and consistency in task performance.
Collaborates effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Valid passport
