Ideal candidates will have completed their SAICA articles and be looking to build their commercial finance career in a role that requires both precision and initiative. Immediate availability or short notice periods are highly advantageous.

Duties:

• Full Trial Balance function
• Accurate processing of customer and supplier invoice
• Bank transaction capturing and petty cash management
• Preparation and processing of payment batches across banks
• Maintenance and updating of the fixed asset register
• Reconciliation of intercompany loan account
• Assistance with audit preparation and financial year-end processes
• Supporting senior finance team in daily functions

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Completed SAICA articles (non-negotiable)
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance (advantageous)

• Exposure to cross-border or multi-entity accounting environments
• Familiarity with audit preparation and year-end reporting
• 1–3 years post-article experience in a similar junior accounting/bookkeeping role (preferred)

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy under pressure
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage) and MS Excel
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a finance team
