JOB SUMMARY:
A well-known international commercial real estate company requires the above to liaise with existing and new companies in the markets regarding the rental of office space required on a national basis.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements for the role:

Minimum Matric and previous experience having worked within the real estate / property rental office flex space game is preferred.
The company is happy to employ a graduate or someone with no experience who has an outgoing and confident personality who enjoys dealing with people.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Previous experience having worked with Salesforce would be an advantage.
Computer literacy is essential for the role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Liaising with existing companies in the markets regarding the rental of office space required on a national basis.
Managing client enquiries from marketing campaigns aimed at encouraging workspaces, landlords and property owners to list their property on our website.
Managing enquiries from small businesses looking for their next office.
Shortlisting suitable workspace options, booking inspections and helping negotiate on behalf of the tenant to make sure they get the right tenants
Building and maintaining relationships with tenants, workspace managers, landlords and property owners.
Growing new markets by getting new workspaces, properties and listings onboard.

Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
