SUMMARY:
Our Client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Bookkeeper to join their company in Sunninghill, Johannesburg.

POSITION INFO:
Job Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a bookkeeping role.
Debtors and Creditors experience
Communication Skills: Vital for effective interaction with clients regarding fund collection.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact extensively and collaboratively with Sales and Account Managers.
Transportation: Own reliable transport is essential.
Due to high traffic volumes in the surrounding area, candidates residing in or near Sunninghill are strongly preferred

Job Duties:

Manage and oversee all debtors' functions, including invoicing, reconciliations, and collections.
Handle all aspects of creditors management, including processing invoices, reconciliations, and payments.
Communicate professionally and effectively with clients regarding outstanding payments and account queries.
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to ensure smooth financial operations related to client accounts.
Assist the Senior Bookkeeper with various other bookkeeping functions, providing an opportunity for upskilling and professional development.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Salary:

R15,000 and R20,000 per month, depending on experience.
