JUNIOR BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN
PMB - HOWICK 
We are seeking a local building and construction site foreman to oversee the daily operations on various building and construction sites in the Pietermaritzburg area.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with supervising construction activities on-site
• Coordinate staff, subcontractors, and deliveries
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and order on-site
• Monitor use of materials and tools
• Report daily progress to senior management
• Assist with quality checks and compliance with building plans
• Ensure adherence to safety and building regulations

• Experience in building/construction environment
• Strong understanding of site safety and construction processes
• Ability to read and interpret basic building plans
• Good communication and team leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Qualification in Construction Management or related field (advantageous)
