Junior Mechanical Draughtsman/Woman: Piping Experience: Cape Town: 3 Month Fixed Term Contract

The role involves the tracing and draughting (as-building) of existing piped services on a FMCG production site.
The role requires much time on site to record the location and complexity of the reticulation systems and using the recorded information to produce piping General Arrangement drawings and P&IDs.
The candidate must be able to work alone and have sufficient experience to identify typical piping components.
Good physical fitness is required to reach difficult to access areas on the site.
A minimum of five years’ experience in piping systems and familiarity with AutoCAD software will be an advantage.
It is expected the as-built work pack will be completed within three months
