POSITION INFO:

A junior industrial engineer with ISO responsibilities will typically focus on optimizing processes and systems within a manufacturing or industrial environment, while also ensuring adherence to ISO standards for quality, safety, and environmental management. Their duties include analyzing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, implementing changes, and maintaining documentation to comply with ISO requirements. 

Key Responsibilities:

· Process Optimization:

Analyze and improve workflows, production processes, and equipment layouts to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

· ISO Compliance:

Ensure that operations and processes adhere to relevant ISO 9001 (Quality Management) standards

· Data Analysis:

Collect and analyze data related to production, quality, and safety to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.

· Documentation Management:

Create, update, and maintain documentation related to processes, procedures, and quality control, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ISO standards.

· Project Management:

Participate in and contribute to the execution of projects aimed at improving processes, implementing new technologies, or addressing specific issues related to efficiency or compliance.

· Training and Support:

Assist in training employees on new processes, procedures, or equipment, and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth operations and adherence to standards.

· Problem Solving:

Investigate and resolve issues related to production, quality, or safety, working with other teams to implement effective solutions.

· Continuous Improvement:

Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing changes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance.
