A high-end Interior Architecture and Design Studio based in Cape Town is looking for a Junior Interior Designer to join their team!

This internationally recognised firm is known for crafting holistic, narrative-driven spaces that integrate architecture, custom furniture, and FF&E with exceptional attention to detail.

Their work spans across luxury residential, boutique hospitality, and flagship commercial projects across South Africa, Europe, and the U.S; with a signature style that favors timeless, layered design over fleeting trends.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description

Collaborate with Lead Designer on projects.
Prepare detailed drawings, layouts and technical documentation using AutoCad.
Keep up to date with industry trends, materials and innovative design solutions.
Liaising with suppliers.
Procurement for projects.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience.
Must reside in Cape Town, South Africa.
Bachelor’s degree or other tertiary qualification in Interior Design, Architecture or a related discipline.
Proficiency in AutoCAD & SketchUp is a must.
Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and numerically oriented (great with Microsoft Excel).
Must have reliable car to go to site meetings etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate commitment to excellence in design & design execution.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team oriented, collaborative environment.
