JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Junior Litigation Secretary to join our legal team. As a key support role, you will be responsible for assisting our legal staff with a variety of administrative tasks, including drafting legal documents, managing schedules, and communicating with clients. Your attention to detail and knowledge of legal terminology will be crucial in this role.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and manage legal documents and correspondence

Organize and maintain legal files

Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

Communicate with clients and external parties

Conduct legal research and document findings

Assist with trial preparation and court filings

Handle billing and invoicing tasks

If you have a Matric, Paralegal Qualification, a strong understanding of legal procedures, and excellent communication skills, we would like to meet you. Own transport is required for this position. Apply now to join our team!
