R30 000 - R35 000 ctc + Housing

Our client in the citrus sector is looking for a young, dynamic Junior Production Manager with citrus sector experience to join their team in Letsitele.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 with BSc: Agri qualification
AVCASA and/or BOSA will be an advantage
2 - 3 years experience in the citrus sector
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Duties will include the following:
- Production
- Planning
- Establishing new orchards
- Fertilisation
- Pest and disease control
- Manipulation
- Mechanisation
- Utility management
- Health and Safety
- Harvesting process
- Staff management
- Budgeting and reporting to top management
