Junior Quality Assurance Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive software and user interface testing.

• Translate functional and business requirements into testable documents, test plans, and test cases.

• Test software for scalability, robustness, and maintainability.

• Identify usability and interactivity issues in user interfaces.

• Detect functional defects and deviations from business rules.

• Collaborate with development teams using SDLC tools and QA management software.

• Assist with software build, merge, and release control processes.

• Document and produce user guides.

Experience and Qualifications

• A relevant degree with excellent results.

• BSc or BTech in Computer Science

• BSc in Information Technology (IT)

• BSc in Software Engineering

• BCom in Informatics or Information Systems

• BEng in Computer Engineering

• A logical mindset and open frame of mind are advantageous.
