SUMMARY:
Our client based in Johannesburg is looking for a Junior Secretarial Assistant & Office Administrator to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)
Proven experience in a similar role (±4 years)
Familiarity with CIPC processes and secretarial functions
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good written communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of GreatSoft will be a bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Must have strong administrative background and a keen interest in company secretarial work
Support the head of company secretarial services and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Drafting company resolutions and related secretarial documents
Submitting statutory filings with CIPC, including:
Maintaining accurate and organized statutory records and databases
Assisting with general office administration and support tasks
Drafting professional emails, memos, and internal communications
Managing multiple responsibilities and deadlines efficiently
Supporting colleagues and clients with a professional and friendly approach
