About the Role

As a Junior Social Media Content Creator, you’ll play a key role in crafting and managing engaging content across various platforms. From writing compelling captions to designing eye-catching visuals and short-form videos, you’ll help grow online communities and support campaign goals with creativity and precision.

? Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and schedule content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and YouTube
• Assist in planning and executing social media calendars and campaigns
• Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for posts and captions
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and content teams to bring ideas to life
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages in line with brand voice
• Track and report on social media performance metrics
• Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and best practices
• Contribute fresh content ideas and support influencer/partner collaborations

? What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media (agency or in-house)
• Solid understanding of major social platforms and their best practices
• Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to grammar and tone
• Interest in photography/videography and short-form video creation (e.g., Reels, TikTok)
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn

Bonus Points For

• Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite)
• Video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut)
• Familiarity with social media analytics
• Experience managing a brand or personal account with proven growth or engagement
