Exciting opportunity for a Junior Support Engineer to join a dynamic and fast-growing industrial automation team. This role blends structured training, hands-on system support, and long-term growth into project implementation and engineering.

This role is ideal for recent graduates or final-year students ready to launch their careers in a challenging, real-world environment. You will start with structured training before transitioning into a customer-facing technical support role, providing Level 1 and 2 assistance for plant systems. As you gain experience, you'll be exposed to PLCs, SCADA systems, and software tools, ultimately progressing into a Project Engineer role focused on system implementation and commissioning.

Education:

Recently completed a degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechatronic Engineering, or Computer Science.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Exposure to PLCs, SCADA, control systems, or industrial automation.
Basic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar) is advantageous.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases or cloud environments like Kubernetes is a plus.
Strong interest in hands-on technical work and system troubleshooting.
High level of accountability, critical thinking, and willingness to grow.
Comfortable with real-world environments—site visits may be physically demanding.
Excellent communication skills and eagerness to work in a collaborative, high-performance team.
