POSITION INFO:
Location: Somewhere between IT support and tech world domination

What You’ll Be Up To:

Supporting key business platforms and making sure that everything works like it should (yes, that includes turning it off and on again but also way more)
Analyzing system issues and opportunities like a digital detective
Helping with platform rollouts, upgrades, and testing
Working with cross-functional teams who speak business and tech

What You Bring:

A love for tech and a hunger to learn
Basic knowledge of platforms, systems, or software support
A can-do attitude and decent troubleshooting instincts
Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in scripting, integrations, or have a favourite helpdesk GIF
