SUMMARY:
Are you a client-focused professional with a passion for luxury brands? We're looking for an experienced Key Accounts Manager to join a prestigious luxury brand known for its innovation, elegance, and excellence.
As the Key Accounts Manager, you will take full ownership of managing and growing strategic retail and wholesale accounts. You will act as a brand ambassador, building strong relationships with key partners and ensuring the brand’s premium positioning and commercial success.

Qualifications:

BCom in Business Administration/Marketing

Skills:

Minium of 7 years’ experience in a Key Account Management role, preferably in luxury, fashion or jewellery
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Out of the box thinker with a passion for luxury and lifestyle brands

Job description:

Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and brand visibility
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key retail partners and high-end clients
Manage sales targets, forecasts, and budgets
Negotiate commercial terms, trade agreements, and in-store activations
Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations
Analyse market trends, customer data, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
Regularly visit key accounts and provide exceptional service and brand training to partners
