Key Responsibilities:

Dishwashing:

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using dishwashing machines and hand-washing techniques.

Kitchen Cleanliness:

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen, including floors, counters, and storage areas.

Waste Management:

• Dispose of kitchen waste and recyclables properly, following hotel policies and environmental guidelines.

Inventory Support:

• Assist in organizing and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients, ensuring easy access and efficient use of space.

Equipment Maintenance:

• Regularly check and maintain dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment, reporting any issues to the supervisor.

Health and Safety:

• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and safe working practices.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation, providing support as needed.

Other Duties:

• Perform additional tasks as required by the kitchen management to support the overall operation and success of the culinary team.

• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.

• Ability to operate dishwashing machines and use cleaning chemicals safely.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.

• Good organizational and time management skills.
