SUMMARY:

LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE ADMIN ASSISTANT

MID-CAREER | PERMANENT | WESTERN CAPE

POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a Legal and Compliance Admin Assistant to join our client in Tygervalley.
In this role, you will be responsible for effectively liaising with internal and external clients, including policyholders, insurers, outsourced partners, and intermediaries.
The ideal candidate will have a Matric qualification
legal degree or studying towards one
general understanding of the FIC Act and KYC requirements
financial industry, especially long-term insurance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Liaising effectively with all internal clients.
Liaising effectively with all external clients (policyholders, insurers, outsourced partners, intermediaries).

Education / Qualification Requirements:

Matric
Legal degree or studying towards legal degree would be advantages
General understanding of the FIC Act and KYC requirements
General understanding of the financial industry specifically long-term insurance
Microsoft IT Skills, i.e. Outlook, Excel and Word are mandatory at an advanced level, PowerPoint advantageous
