Job Description

Our client is looking for a Leasing Manager to join their team.

Duties will include:

Viewings and placements of new tenants each month
Lead a team of rental consultants to reach targets
Assist with marketing and assist in arrears collection
Implement marketing strategies
Client services and estate management

Qualifications

Matric
PPRA Fidelity Fund Certificate will be advantageous

Skills

2 years’ experience in Real Estate Sales and/or Property management
1 year experience in a leadership role or supervision of a team
MS Office
Experience on CRM system will be a bonus
