Lead Business Analyst (midlevel to senior) - Cape Town

Our Client in retail in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, has 2 x permanent Lead Business Analyst roles available (midlevel to senior).

IMPORTANT:

- Only South Africans with a valid SA ID need apply, as these are both permanent roles.

- The Client wants the candidates (for both roles) to live in Cape Town - so if you don't currently live in Cape Town, you will have to relocate at your own costs (no negotiations around this).

- They offer a hybrid work option, however, if they want the candidate at the office, 2 to 4 times a week, there are no negotiations around this, you need to be there (i.e. face-to-face meetings with colleagues or stakeholders).

• Experience working in the retail industry as a Business Analyst.
• 3 - 5 years working experience as a Business Analyst.
• Matric / Grade 12
• IT qualification is beneficial
• FTI qualification is beneficial
• SAP experience is highly beneficial (not compulsory)

• Be process orientated.
• Have experience in working in a stressful environment
• Have experience in working with difficult stakeholders
• Must be able to guide stakeholders
