POSITION INFO:
Our Client is a leading player in the financial services space, operating at scale with a strong focus on digital transformation, client experience, and continuous innovation. Their platforms support high-value transactional systems and customer journeys, where performance, security, and scalability are non-negotiable. They are currently looking for a team lead that will join a senior engineering environment working on business-critical digital platforms, balancing hands-on development with architecture, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
This is not a passive leadership role. You’ll be deeply involved in designing systems, guiding engineers, and ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions that directly impact customers.
Responsibilities:- Ownership of end-to-end technical direction across web, mobile, and backend systems
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, system architecture and technical design decisions across multiple platforms
- Oversee mobile application development using Flutter, ensuring performance and scalability
Requirements:- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 10+ years’ experience in software development with strong expertise in C# .NET and backend development
- Proven experience in a technical leadership / lead developer role
- Minimum 3+ years working with mobile development (Flutter)
- Experience with SQL Server and database design
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure) and DevOps practices
Ability to balance hands-on development with strategic technical leadership
